Coaching Philosophy
We are looking for "coachable" players who want to take their game to the next level. Gain an understanding of the strategic side of the game as well as the skill side. Work hard to prepare for the next level. We have more than 10 years of coaching experience and have secured multiple league championships, qualified for States in both California and New Jersey, reached Sectionals, and won multiple AAU championships in Boys and Girls.

Our focus is on player development, preparing you for the next level of competition. When the conversation reverts to questions about favoritism, we always answer in the same way: We "favor" those kids that work harder and listen better. A good attitude isn't a choice; it's an absolute requirement.
